The Four Minute Feedback System is a patent-pending set of online tools for giving and receiving performance-boosting feedback -- without creating defensiveness!

     

How It Works

  • Team members or individuals can get constructive feedback from up to 12 people, online.
  • Individuals can request feedback from their colleagues, boss, subordinates, friends or family.
  • Trainers or managers can enable all the members of a team to give online feedback to one another.

What It Accomplishes

The Four Minute Feedback Chart helps people:

  • Capitalize on the actions that make them as successful as they are (yellow dots).
  • Find out what they need to do more of to succeed in a wider range of situations (green dots).
  • Identify what they need to do less of to save time and increase their positive effect on others (red dots).
